Artifact 3: Goldie Blox

This video is AMAZING! So awesome! It's an advertisement for Goldie Blox, which is a toy company that empowers/encourages girls to be engineers and to practice/participate in a male-dominated industry. It's really cool because these games aren't super feminine either, they're not like pink blocks and toys. They are gender neutral but with a girl as the mascot which i think is an amazing thing for a young girl who has never been offered any other toys than barbies and dolls. The point is, any toy is for anyone. There should be no "boys toys" or "girls toys" and that is why this product is awesome- it eliminates the "boys only" stigma for math and science and makes girls interested and excited to engineer.
